This entity is registered in the Department of State of Puerto Rico, and is supported by the Economic Development Department of Puerto Rico as well. It was established by Dr Andres Emanuelli at 2014 and currently have investigators in ophthalmology, retina and vitreous, glaucoma, endocrinology, neurology and oncology.
